The success rates of fertility treatments depend on the treatment type and what it's for. For instance, the pregnancy rate:
Doubles after surgery for endometriosis.
Sits at 10-20% with IUI (depending on the reason for IUI).
Doubles after hysteroscopy and removal of endometrial polyps.
After IVF is 35% per embryo and 50% per IVF cycle altogether.

The length of the fertility treatment process varies, but as a guide:
Hysteroscopy (including office hysteroscopy) takes 20 minutes.
Laparoscopy can take many hours, depending on the surgery required.
IVF process takes 2-3 weeks.
IUI takes 2 weeks.
Ovulation induction takes 2 weeks.
